M&P Transport
Here is one of M&Ps DCO 'binders pulling an exterior post van (real stoneboats) with either a hot 250 or a 265 V-8 Cummins. A nice night shot of a COE KW and reefer. Note the Markel stickers on both units. Markel was by far the largest truck fleet insurer in North America at the time. They had a fleet of late model cars equipped with cameras, and if they took your picture over the speed limit, you'd be on the carpet very shortly. M&P's Edmonton yard on a weekend in June '62. They have just take delivery of the KWs because none of them have any plates. The city fleet is all IHC.
Here's a little butt-nose Mack hooked up to a pair of brand new Can Car pups. They must have been for city P&D ,as I don't recall ever seeing a set behind a highway unit.
