This was another very new Argosy that dropped into work. It is set up as a B-double tipper and cart woodchip to the port of Newcastle. This one is owned by CRT Transport from the Newcastle area. A new Argosy in the final stages of detailing before being delivered on Saturday 4 June 2005 to a Kempsey Transport operator. The vehicle is fitted with a CAT 600 HP motor and will be used for brick transport from the local brick plant to various locations around New South Wales.


Brisbane Truck Show - held from 12 to 15 May in Brisbane
This was a concept truck of a Mitsubishi Fuso of the future on display at the Brisbaen Truck Show. A line-up of International trucks of various models at the Brisbane Truck Show. A view of the release of the new model Mack Superliner - unveiled at the Brisbane Truck Show.
This was a fully restored 1912 International on display at the BIG RIGS stand - an Australian trucking Newspaper. This is a very well restored Kenworth S92 which was on display in a restored vehicles section of the show. A well presented Kenworth T900 with Byrnes stock crate B-double trailers. Truck is owned by Porters.
Kenworth had on display this well presented T350 also configures as a concrete agitator truck This is an Iveco 2350G 8x4 truck set up as a concrete agitator. A member of the Paccar Family the DAF CF series.
A Scania R470 rigis tanker with a 4 axle dog trailer tanker and is owned by the Shell Oil Company. New models of the Mercedes Atego on show in Brisbane. The Atego on the back of the other is a 4 x 4 version of the Atego which once again has just been released in Australia. An old name making a new appearance on the Australia scene -the Autocar.
This new model was released at the Brisbane Truck Show and is the new Mercedes Axor - new to Australia but has been around Europe for some time. Especially bought out to Australia by Freightliner to get some feedback on whether this truck would sell in Australia. Created quite a bit of interest amongst Australian Truckies. A Hino 700 Series proime mover on Display at the Hino stand at Brisbane 2005
Another Kenworth K100 8x4 vehicle set up as a recovery vehicle. This unit is operated by Barnes Towing of Brisbane. A Kenworth C510 which will be used as a massive road train hauling coal in the coalfields of Queensland. A beautifully presented Kenworth T900 set upas a recovery trailer. This unit is owned by Truckworks Australia.
One of the many Kenworths had on display at their stand at Brisbane 2005 A Kenworth attached to a skel cane trailer & owned by SCT Transport. Will be used for picking up bins of sugar cane from farmers fields during the cane harvest.


Grafton Truck Show held in June 2005
A Freightliner Century Class used as a tanker and owned by Lewingtons of Wodonga. A Business Class Freightliner operated by Cromack & TRanter of Grafton A Hino rigid pantech owned by Cromack & Tranter of Grafton
An Iveco 2350G 8x4 truck used as a concrete agitator and owned by the Readymix Group. A Kenworth piggybacking the jinker used for log haulage. A Kenworth T600 and dog trailer tanker painted in the colours of BP Petroleum. Owned and operated by Reliance Fuels.
A Kenworth T904 operated by Burgundy Heights Logging Co. of Coffs Harbour An 8 x 4 Mack Quantum and dog trailer tipper owned by the Readymix Group. A rather neat Isuzu rigid tautliner owned by Willis Joinery of Grafton.
A Kenworth T904 prime mover operted on interstate freight by G & P Transport. A Mack Quantum owned and operated by Blanchards Tpt of Grafton on iterstate freight work. Still a rather nice looking mack is this Mack Superliner operated by Lizard Transport.
Part of the fleet of Coastline Haulage is this immaculate Kenworth T600 Kenworth SAR prime movers were also part of the Grafton Truck Parade 2005
An immaculate Volvo FH12 also in the fleet of Cromack & Tranter. Another truck in the Cromack & Tranter fleet - a Volvo N12 on parade at Grafton. A new Western Star prime mover on display at the Southside Agencies stand at the Grafton Truck Show.
An immaculate Western Star owned & operated by hernes Freight Services of Lismore This Western Star of QFM was also on parade at Grafton Truck Parade A well presented Mercedes Atego furniture van owned by Country Caqre Removals of Kempsey
A well presented International Eagle used for woodchip & sawdust haulage owned by Blues Haulage of Kempsey. This is the type of vehicle used by the NSW Highway Patrol to oatrol our NSW roads and highways. This car is a Ford Falcon which is slightly modified for highway patrol work.
A Kenworth B-double timber jinker from Grafton loaded up for the parade. An immaculate vehicle from Coffs Harbour is this Kenworth K104 B-double owned by Coastline Haulage of Coffs Harbour. A new T404SAR Kenworth on display at the Brown & Hurley stand at the Grafton Truck Show.
A relatively new Kenworth K104 rigid tipper and dog trailer which is used for carting woodchip & sawdust. The vehicle is owned & operated by David Hayward of Kempsey A Kenworth T604 and a K104 operated on interstate freight by Inter-Q-Link opf Coffs harbour. Another "bush truck" is this Kenworth T900 used for loghaulage and operated by Burgundy Heights Logging of Coffs Harbour.
A real eye turner is this immaculate T904 Kenworth operated by Mark & Nicole Causley of Grafton on interstate freight haulage. A Ford Louisville L9000 used by the Readymix group for concrete deliveries in the Grafton area. An old restored Mack B61 owned by Blanchards Haulage of Grafton. This truck still earns it's keep doing local work around the Grafton area.
A Mack Superliner recovery vehicle ooperated by Bananacoast Towing of Grafton. A rather smart looking T400 Kenworth rigid and dog tipper operated by Anderson Soils of Grafton.


This photo was also taken at work as the new Isuzu was making deliveries to the store. It is owned by the TNT group and delivers freight i the Port Macquarie and kempsey areas. A new CAT C15 powered Argosy which will be pulling B-doubles along the east coast of Australia.
I snapped the photo of this 2005 Kenworth T401 owned by Webb Petroleum as it was parked across the street from work through the week. It is used for fuel deliveries around the Hasting, Macleay & Nambucca Valleys. This restored Diamond T was a participant in the recent Kempsey Truck & Country Music weekend truck parade. Another participant in the same parade was this Volvo G89 recovery vehicle
These 2 well presented Kenworths, a T404 and a K104 were also part of the truck parade. They both do general freight haulage and are owned by Justin Booth Transport of Kempsey. This photo was taken during the Kempsey Truck Parade and shows 3 trucks of Keast Transport - a Freightliner FLC112 Business Class followed by their 2 Argosys.
Also taken during the Kempsey Truck Parade showing a Pearson Transport CH Mack and a T600 Kenworth of Flynns Transport of Lismore. This is a well presented Kenworth T604 owned by Weismantel Transport of Taree and was a participant in the Kempsey Truck Show of 2005 This Mercedes Atego of Camden Haven Tilt Trays was also a participant in the Kemspey Truck Show.
This immaculate Western Star was also in the parade at Kemspey. It is ownerd by Matthew Metal Managaement and is used for the haulage of scrap metal. Both these photos were taken on 23rd September when the highway was closed at Macksville Traffic Bridge in a protest against low rates and high fuel prices. These 2 photos were taken in Kempsey where the trucks parked till the highway was reopened.
