|I took these pictures during October 2003 when this truck was for sale.. This truck has a 425 hp 3406-b CAT hooked to a Eaton 13 speed transmission. She sits on airliner suspension.. There was only 500 of these ever built.|
|I also took a picture of the dash / interior through the drivers side window.. There was a few people asking on the forum "whats the difference between the SILVERAERO and a regular FLD-120 with a 70 inch flat top other than exterior differences??" Comparing the interior of a SILVERAERO to a regular FLD-120 the trained eye can see this silveraero has a different dash color and the upholstery design is dissimilar..|
|I took these pictures during November 2003 while loading potatoes in northern California. This truck is a limited edition Freightliner Interstate 200.. This truck has a 3406-b CAT engine hooked to a Eaton 13 speed transmission. There was only 200 of these trucks ever built!!|

|I thought I would send you some pictures of my last trip from Medford,OR to Klamath Falls,OR and back via highway 140.. This run takes you over the Cascade Moutain range here in S. Oregon.. This is a beatiful drive but it can be dangerous when the winter storms blow in!! This is a 160 mile round trip, on 1-3-04 (the date of the pictures) I ran 100 mile of it with tire chains on..|
|This picture was taken at 5100 feet above sea level on the summit of highway 140 in the Cascade Moutain Range.. I think it is a cool picture..|
|On 1-5-04 I was heading for Albany,OR from Medford,OR when I ran into packed snow and freezing fog between Cottage Grove,OR and Brooks,OR this combination was making driving VERY dangerous.. At some points on I-5 I could hardly keep the truck going in a strait line it was so icy!! I took the N. Albany exit to go to the paper mill when I got around the clover leaf I ran into a BIG suprise there was a spun out chip truck blocking the road and entrance to the mill..
The Albany police department tried blocking the road but stupid cars and pickups were going around the police car!! the officer asked if I would use my truck to block the road I said "no problem".. Here is what it looked like when I first arrived at the seen.. The chip A-train could not make it up the hill dragging approximately 59,000 pounds, you can see he almost made it to the mill entrance before things went bad..
|Once the driver got his chains on the truck he was still stuck!! He made a mess ot of the asphalt trying to get going..||After about 25 minutes of trying to get the truck going with chains on the driver got the tractor in the driveway then he was spunout again now blocking the whole road!!|
|The police were able to reroute some traffic out of the area we were stuck in.. Most of us were just stuck waiting to get into the mill.. Lots of workers were late!! A few five axle trucks that were chained up tried turning left (pic 6) and almost spun out on that little hill.. It was 23 degrees when I took these pictures!!|
|Finally the tow truck shows up to drag the stranded chip truck into the mill.. I turned on the On Spot auto chains and grabbed gears as fast as I could.. I got into the mill no problem and I was the only truck there so I got unloaded fast!!|
