This is the ANR terminal here in South Holland, IL. before Overnite/UPS Freight occupied it. These are from mid-'85 to about '89
ANR Freightliner doubles in front of terminal entrance for the truck rodeo that year in 1988.
Here is a shot of the scale in the foreground when it was new. Now it's just a rusty plate there, it still works, but not as sharp as when ANR had it.
A shot of the entrance of the ANR terminal in Denver. 1989. This is an earlier shot from 1985 of the ANR terminal. An ANR Int'l 1700 city unit backed into a dock at a GI Trucking terminal (I think it was in Fontana, CA).1988. Took this when I ran out west from Chicago with APT.
An ANR Freightliner COE with triples in Idaho.1988. Received this picture years ago from a driver that worked there. An old ANR pup I found with a roll-up door panel from Gateway. Unbelievable! Also a Roadway city trailer from the late '60s to early '70s. taken at a local industrial park here in IL. 2007. An ANR tractor line up in South Holland, IL. Same yard as where Overnite/UPS Freight now occupies. 1988.
An ANR pup still in existence. Taken by Wayne Stockman somewhere in northern IN. March 2011.
