Dick Green, a Summit Logistics driver invited me to take a ride with him on December 26, 2010.
This would be his last haul for Safeway, as Summit Logistics lost the Safeway contract.

Here are shots taken at the Summit Logistic/Safeway Distribution Centre in Burnaby, BC
Here is Dick's truck all ready for his trip to Penticton, BC
  Some cab shots
Some posed shots beside Dick's Kenworth. Dick is on the left.

Here we are on our way on the trip to Penticton, BC
December 26th is a holiday in Canada, so there weren't many trucks on the road to photograph

Once we were east of Hope (you could also say we were beyond Hope) we didn't see any trucks at all on the Hope-Princeton Highway and even from Princeton to Penticton
Here we are at the brake check on Copper Mountain
Down the hill we go That Runaway Lane is one place no one wants to go Approaching the severe corner at Whipsaw Creek
Finally we see a truck. This was taken along the Penticton by-pass just off the highway along Skaha Lake.
