Denning Coach powered by a Detroit V6 turbo with 6 speed manual trans. licensed to carry 45 people and is a charter coach, the coach is called Kallistos and is No.22 of 40 coaches belonging to Barts Coaches a now defunked coachline here in Adelaide.
The Leyland P76 was designed & built in Australia back in 1973-74 and around 18,000 cars where made, the company went broke because of poor built quality and lack of sales through bad press in fact the car is a very good car that's why Kerin my partner and I have one. This particular car is a 4.4 litre V8 on L.P.G. (propane) with petrol backup (gas), Automatic (3 speed) and a very comfortable vehicle to ride in. The light on the car are used for photo shoots in dimly lite areas or where there is no light at all, all lights are fitted with 100 watt globes.
This is the other car used to travel around my home town of Adelaide in South Australia to take truck photos. It is a 1986 Ford Falcon XF wagon and a very good car although it is a bit batted with dents and rust it is not a clunker as the vehicle is mechanically sound.
Nissan UD Mk150 rig pantec (van or straight truck) with a Luton Peak that's the piece of the pan over the cab.
1926 BC Graham Brother and was used by a local hawker pedalling he wears around the hills towns east of Adelaide back in the 20's & 30's. This truck is at the Birdwood Motor Museum at Birdwood in the Adelaide Hills, this Motor Museum is the National Museum and it's great that a tiny little town in our state of South Australia. This truck is a Leyland Badger and is the same truck in the photo showing it crossing sandhills in the Far North of South Australia. Its driver, back in the early 1900's, was Tom Cruize and the gentleman is still with us and drove the truck on a celebratory drive up the Birdsville Track (nothing to do with Birdwood) a couple of year ago (2002).
This Truck is a Reo Gold Comet Tipper again at the Motor Museum in Birdwood, also the badge from the Reo. This bus is called a Garford Motor Bus, it belonged to the Tramways Bus service Co. which at the time was a Government owned company according to the info board.
Karrier and according to the info board, is a 4 ton tipper and was used local in the Birdwood area to cart things such as dirt and sand to malley roots for fire wood. This Kenworth is inside the building at the Birdwood Motor Museum and has three trailers attached to it, even though it has no road train signs in the front of it, it is displayed as a road train for the visitors to see what one is like and how big they are. There is not a lot of detail on the rig except that it belongs to Cleveland Freightlines and appears to be an early model Kenworth.
Here is the team I was with at the 15th Australian Jamboree at Woodhouse in the Adelaide hills at Stirling, the big yellow truck with the ranger signs and stripoes was the truck I drove and I was the only female driver within the whole crew as I was the only female with a truck license at the site. From left to right the rigs are, 3 medium Isuzu's and a heavy Hino FE which was turbochargered and it went real good too.

This Isuzu is used to pick up rubbish too big to go into normal collection garbo trucks or recycle trucks that do the weekly & fortnightly rounds, we can make use of this 2 times a years in our council area.
The truck is a Commer an English truck that was used here by many old truckers in the early days, it was referred to as the Commer Knocker because of the sound it made while travelling along the highways it was a unique sound and could be heard for miles especially on a quiet night, the engine was a 3 cylinder 2 stroke with a blower attached and high revving as well. I don't know where this photo was taken but I do thank Tony Brown for allowing me to place it on my page.
The truck is a HinoFC pan that was delivering goods to one of the units across the road from where I live again the photo was taken through our kitchen window.

Here are two rare photos of Krystal showing what she loved to do; go hunting. Most often Krystal was behind the camera and didn't like her photo taken. Krystal's memorial service will be held on Wednesday November 15, 2006 and her ashes thrown to the wind at the top of a high hill where Krystal liked to hunt.
