|Here is a picture of my Dad's "two story falcon". It had a 1673 B 245 Cat, 10 spd Ranger, 3.70 rear with a Neway air tag. The truck pulled for Timbersteel Buildings out of Apopka, FL. She was good for 85 m.p.h. The picture was taken in 1973. We lost my Dad feb 28th this year ( 2003 ). He was one of a dying breed.||This picture was taken in 1973. You can make out my Mom and Dad in the background. He had just come back in from a run. I took the picture.||Here is a picture of my Dad's next truck. He bought this truck in 1973. Its a 1969 Kenworth K-100. It was green when he bought it. This picture was taken around 1980, after he had finally finished it the way he wanted it. It had a 335 Cummins, but he had gone through the engine and put a different turbo, an aftercooler, different heads and other modifications, when they dyno'd it at Cummins it was putting 465 hp to the ground. It had a 4x4 double over with 4.11's. He even had the exhaust system chromed under the cab, it was the first twin stick I ever drove. I was 12 years old when he taught me to drive it. When I got old enough, he'd let me run it once in a while before I got my own truck.|
