Canadian Freightways and Northern Freightways ad from a brochure, showing their old colors and logos.This truck was used by Okanagan Freightways, which was a division of Canadian Freightways at the time Canadian Freightways Kenworth when they were painted dark blue from the 1960's. This picture is from Kenworth and this rig was used in one of their brochures.
This Canadian Freightways truck was one of the tractors on the left and made into a straight trucks. The truck was put in service in 1968. The truck was build for the run up to Granisle. This picture was taken at Peden Hill. The paint scheme shows more of the Consolidated Freightways influence. This picture came from a Canadian Freightways calendar.
