Western Energetix is the new name for an old line company here in Nevada, Berry Hinkley Terminals of Sparks. The company is in the process of introducing a new livery for their trucks. The power for this tanker train is a Peterbilt 386 and the configuration is Truck, trailer and trailer. This combination has been pretty popular in Nevada for the past 30 to 35 years although still common, not as common as years past - July 25, 2009.
A very nice Peterbilt powered truck 'n trailer passes MM 30 along I-80 about 15 miles east of Reno, NV - Spetember 20, 2009.
Western Energenix, with the new livery, heads eastbound along I-80 at Painted Rock in northern Nevada. These rigs, truck 'n trailer 'n trailer are some of my favorite combination - January 31, 2010.
Western Energenix westbound near Verdi, NV on I-80 with a tanker train. This LCV is heading to the last westbound exit on before the California border to deliver a load to the gas station at Gold Ranch Casino - January 31, 2010.
Pictured here in the old livery, this Western Engergetix truck 'n trailer rig passes the truck inspection area westbound on I-80 at Mustang, NV - October 10, 2009.
