This is a St. Louis Freightlines Truck. At the time the picture was taken, the truck was owned by Grandfather Art Worm. St. Louis Freightlines was based out of St. Louis Michigan. They hauled building materials such as pressboard (known as "abitibi board around the Alpena area) and shingles on flatbed trailers.
The truck is a 1966 International CO4000. It had a Cummins 250 with a 10 speed road ranger transmission. It had a full screw tandem axle. The picture was taken in 1968 at the St. Louis Freightlines terminal in Alpena MI.
