Capelle was a small village and a Chicoreefactory. Chicoree is a cheap kind of coffee. The whole village of Capelle disapeared into the sea, killing almost the whole population of Capelle. Apart from a couple of farms, the village never rebuild again. So this is the only building what reminds of Capelle.
