Steelcase
is North America's largest office furniture manufacturer. They were the
first company to manufacture steel office furniture. Their head office
is Grand Rapids, Michigan. They run as far west as Alberta and east to Newfoundland. British
Columbia loads are shipped via J. & R. Hall Transport.



Here is a picture of a Freightliner Day Cab in Ontario, and the only
Freightliner for Steelcase in North America. This company keeps the equipment unbelievably spotless, and this must be maintained.

In 1997, Steelcase Canada took a regular fleet trailer and turned it into a mobile showroom and travelled across Canada. This trailer featured different lines of Steelcase furniture available to view such as Brayton, Vecta, Metro, Turnstone and Answer. Photo taken at Markham, Ont., August, 1997.

The only Freightliner in the entire Steelcase fleet. It is based in Markham, Ontario and the picture was taken at Lapeer, Michigan.
Here's a picture of Ray's tractor taken Monday January 24th, 2005 in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. They received 60cm of snow with 90 km/h winds. This was in the midst of the 3rd blizzard to hit the maritimes in 7 days.

Lake Petro Pass
This photo was taken October 2006 in Sarnia, Ontario after the Petro Pass fuel stop had a flooded parking lot after a heavy rain storm. I nearly got soaked taking it!!!

These two pictures were taken by Steelcase driver Jacques Leveques last Thursday February 8th, 2007. He woke up in Mexico, New York to 4 feet of snow!!!

Penske Logistics has a contract with Steelcase for distribution in the northeast. They have their trucks painted up Steelcase colours. This photo was taken at Hazleton, Pa in May 2007.

This is 6023 taken in Quebec City, Quebec in March 2008. The snow bank beside the truck is atleast 20' high. Quebec City received over 400cm of snow this winter.
