Possible Forum/Browser Problems

I put the question to my computer technician as to whether I should worry about the Microsoft/Foxfire warning.

His answer was;

"nope, most of these warnings do not mean everyone is at risk"

Of course, I'm left with who is at risk and who isn't?

If you've visited MS and patched your computer since Dec 2008, you may be at risk according to the article.
There's a link on the page that tells you how to remove the add on, if you don't mind messing with the registry.

Have you gone through the browser preferences/settings/tools to see if your security settings have gone to default after the upgrade?

I assume you've resolved the problem.......had no problem logging in
Using Microsoft 7 Ultimate Edition 64 bit (nice to see that garbage OS VISTA finally gone, not a cheer leader for Microsoft and was going to switch to MAC BUT, their new Microsoft 7 actually works well....for once) logged in with Explorer 8....didn't get any "security warnings' and I'm using AVG Internet Security 8.5, which is updated daily.

Well I just downloaded IE version 8 and still doesn't work.   Like I said all forums, emails, and other sites requiring passwords work, except Hanks. 

The currant way of signing in as I mentioned above work and slightly annoying....  Just curious thats all.
