The web site was back up last night and Google didn't report any attacks. So we are safe again.

I have been working with my support people to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for all your patience while this was getting resolved.

more for Dave
Here is there yard in Pocatello

This is there old OTR trucks when they had their brokerage. My dad drove this to New York a few years ago.

One of their four trucks leased to FedEx ground.

And their truck line up.

I really miss my dad working for them.

Their truck line up is interesting to me.  The third tractor down with the "5236" numbers looks like a former Holmes Freight or Action Freight tractor, (which had the same owner and bought the same equipment),whom I worked for in the 90's. Do you have any more pics of these?

Right now I dont Ill have to drive back there and get them. That truck is not either its an old R.P.S.  A contractor out of Denver bought it when R.P.S. was around.  Then S.R.S took it over and that came with it. Then a few years ago that FedEx truck replaced it.

That red FLD really looks like an old Oak Harbor unit.  The short hood, angled air deflector and the front bumber are all items that make it seem like an Oak unit.  Nice photos from a carrier I have never seen!

Let me tell you about the trucks, I was the Brokerage / Over THe Road Truck Manager for 2 years with Salmon River.  The Freightliner # 5236  Fed X Ground has a leasing company that alot of the contractors go through to get their trucks.  It was bought used from them when it was still RPS.  I relief driver for them for 4 years.  I put alot of miles on that unit.  The Peterbilts came from the same leasing company.  They are bought new for another Fed X contractor and put out to other contractors when they come available.  We bought the light brown Peterbilt new for a guy that wanted to lease to us.  It only worked for about 1 year.  The red Freightliner was bought out of Salt Lake Freightliner, so I have no idea who it was for new only that it has a cummins with a 10 speed trans.

Any questions, just ask

I think over here at Estes, we have a handful of these pups.  I couldn't say they are exactly former Nations Way pups.. but they are damn close.  I'll have to try and snag a picture if I get a chance.  The pro's here would know.  grin

I still think the original owner when the tractor was new was either Holmes or Action.  In this link, the numbers are the same.

I am sorry the original owner was not Holmes or Action, it was a RPS contractor.  I believe he was out of Indiana.  It is a freightliner FLD 112.  I drove it relief for 4 years.  When Salmon River got the RPS contract, the manager in Salt Lake hooked him up with the leasing company that RPS had at the time to get used equipment to start with.  We also bought a smaller Freightliner when we started runing from Burley Idaho to Salt lake city.  That truck also serviced Logan Utah.  Again that truck started as a RPS leesor tractor.  The Peterbilts were also bought through the same Lease company.
After running a night shift in that tractor in the snow from Pocatello, ID to Salt Lake CIty, Ut.  I had my 7th heart attack.
