Erb Transport Interntional R-200 tractor still in use shunting trailers at P&H Food at Hanover, ON in this July 19, 1988 photo. 1959 International R-190 at Mississauga, ON taken on June 4, 1991. This tractor is believed to be the first of Mr. Erb's vintage International restorations. 1952 International L Series taken at Kitchener, Ontario's Truckfest.
1948 International KB-7 stake truck taken at the Truckfest. From his apartment window, Wayne Crane snapped this F-2070 Fleetstar-A on Kingston Road in Toronto. One of the last 2070A Fleetstars is seen here at New Hamburg, ON wearing a hydraulic 5th wheel and being used as a shunt truck taken on July 29, 1990.
CO-4070A Transtar taken at Listowel, Ontario on September 26, 1989. The chrome double bumperis that usually seen on the 4070/4090 Series with the cab mounted 5 inches higher.

"Delivered Cold by Warm-Hearted People" for years this was the Erb Transport's advertising slogan and often shown in print with this tractor #381. In the R&G Ellis Collection, we see #381 in Restored condition. This photo shows #381 at new Hamburg, Ontario on July 29, 1990. Probably the proudest unit of the fleet!

A Personal Note:
One of my own "highs" in this hobby is getting to photograph the actual vehicles used in trade advertising.

Company 9900i taken at Benton Harbor, MI in August 2004. Note the different company logos. 3408 Cat Powered Freightliner at the Budweiser National Truck Show at Markham, Ontario held on May 28, 1988. "President's Choice" seen here at the 50th Anniversary of Navistar's Chatham, Ontario Truck Plant. This 9300 is hooked to the trailer which brought serveral other of My Erb's restorations. The 9300 is now owned by one of Erb Transport's owner/operators.
