USF Reddaway
Here is the new style USF logo on a brand new Great Dane 48' trailer. Triples leaving the Boise terminal and turning the corner onto Five Mile Road. This isn't an easy corner to make with either triples or a Rocky Mountain set of doubles. This tractor was rebuilt from a wrecked Ford Aeromax using a glider kit. Shot in Hermiston, OR July 14, 2004.
I had made a delivery off my front trailer at the Ashgrove Cement plant in Durkee, OR and was hooked and ready to leave. Not many people can say they delivered freight off triples! These pictures were taken in June 2004.
A new Reddaway 48' trailer set up with pintle hook taken at Boise, ID Rear of triples showing a new Bestway trailer.
A different tractor with RMDs in Boise. Taken on July 20, 2004.
Here are the first shots of the new Reddaway tractors taken in Boise Saturday July 24, 2004.
The bottom tractor was being delivered to Boise and the rest went on to Portland.
Here are two shots taken seconds apart of RMDs arriving to Boise from Pocatello.
The FLD has one of the new logo USF trailers. Taken on July 22, 2004
This was shot on Snoqualmie Pass westbound on I-90 and this is a Safeway coming up on me on August 1, 2004. Scenery from the Pass area. Note Safeway in distance! I was heavy and he was empty! Photo taken on the west side of the Snoqualmie Pass.
Reddaway yard goats shot at Seattle terminal Reddaway tractors at Kent.
Last shots of these two sleepers as they will be retired with the new oreder of International 9400s we are getting. Taken in Kent, WA August 1 2004 Newer version of FLD taken at Kent, WA August 1 2004.
New Reddaway International taken in Hermiston, OR on August 4, 2004. I am told this Cummins ISX is rated at 500HP in the new tandem axle tractors! This should get the RMDs over the hills!
